I happened to be in Ipswich on the day that the Tour of Britain passed through on their way out from Felixstowe, but was on my way to London for my daughter's graduation ceremony so couldn't hang around to see the riders on the return leg of the circular route. I camped for around 20 minutes at a roundabout near the docks, and got some decent shots as they flew past. The video below is from my Drift Ghost bike-mounted camera.
