35th Jock Wadley Memorial Road Race

Location: Paxman Avenue, Colchester, United Kingdom

The pace was blisteringly fast in this race featuring many high calibre riders, with laps of the 6-mile Abberton circuit coming round in under 15 minutes. I hung on as long as I could, but the legs died at 70 miles after I was spat out the back on a fast descent.

Jock Wadley: spat out the back at 100km. Crazy fast!
