Change of ADSL Provider

I've decided to migrate ADSL Providers. Having been with PlusNET for the last couple of years, their service has generally been good. More recently, however, I have suffered occasional connectivity issues relating to the IP network (as opposed to the ADSL service). This compares poorly with the Internet service at my workplace - using Zen Internet - which is virtually flawless. Here is the service I'm signing up to: Zen 8000 Active.
