After being stuck on the turbo trainer for a few weeks after having corrective surgery on one of my shoulders, I finally couldn't resist the sunshine and got out on my Orro bike. I had two rides this weekend: a test ride towards Holt on the Saturday, then a Sunday spin down to Beccles to catch up with the Iceni Velo squad at the DAP CC road race.
