Snow fun on a cyclocross bike

Proper snow arrived in North Norfolk for the first time in years, so I ventured out on my old-skool cyclocross bike (Specialized Crux Elite) with light-weight Ultegra wheels, 2x10 Shimano 105 gears and cantilever brakes. As the photos show, snow and ice did build up quite considerably on the bike, but everything kept working - including the gears and brakes!

I had to switch to my son's Ridley CX bike on Friday, after I found that the Crux's rear gear cable had snapped.
