Boudicca Sportive '30: fantastic fun!

Conditions were perfect for the Boudicca Sportive today (Sunday, 10 June 2012) and a bunch of riders - mostly Great Yarmouth CC - worked well together to finish the 30-mile ride in just over an hour and a half. The group included five youngsters aged between 11 and 13 years old, and they all rode intelligently within our informal chain gang. Nobody seemed to be too tired afterwards, so it looks like the pace was just right! Our group even got a minor mention in this British Cycling write-up: Riders hail inaugural Boudicca Sportive 'a joy'.
