DAP CC 10-mile time trial

Location: Wortwell, Harleston, UK

It was a bit chilly out there on the exposed course between Harleston and Bungay, and the brisk south-westerly breeze made the return leg quite slow, but there were some fast times nonetheless.

DAP CC decided to use a slowest-to-fastest startsheet, and they did a good job with it - there appeared to be no bunching, and very little overtaking. Definitely a good strategy to use for a short-distance event. Well done to Mark (Titch) Richards for organising it.

I decided to ride to and from the event, around 34 miles each way, and kept the pace low enough on the way out to not interfere with the TT itself. Here's my time trial effort on Strava, with plenty of power but only an "ok" time to show for it:
