Near perfect conditions greeted the 50 riders for a tear-up on the All, between Attleborough and Wymondham in Norfolk. The tandem pair of Mark Arnold and Glenn Taylor put in a superb time of 26:53, and two solo riders also went over the 30mph average - with 3rd place solo only a few seconds behind.

I felt good on my ride, losing power occasionally as I ran out of gears on the flyover descents, but the legs were happy to do the work on the climbs.
