Daniel Bloy (Team Velovelocity) posted a convincing win in the 30-mile time trial on the All dual carriageway, finishing almost two minute clear of St Neots CC rider Richard Hancock. Conditions were favourable, with a light cool breeze and little traffic to complicate the turns.

Despite advice to the contrary, I rode according to the 30s power reading, keeping it between 320W and 330W as much as possible. It worked well, as I kept the power down on the climbs and didn't ease off as much on the descents!
