Most entrants turned out for this early season tester, and there were a fair few spectators dotted along the route too. A light northerly breeze was officially a crosswind, but it didn't seem to present any problems for the riders. Air temperature was around 7 degrees C.
Fastest time was 21:09 by Mark Arnold (DesiraGear), with Jim Burgess (Anglia Velo) a close second with 21:17. I managed 23:17, which is what I've done in this event for the last few years.
