A superb, consistent ride by Jo in which her split time was 2:27 at 50 s, and the improvement giving her a handicap time of approximately 2:30! Andy rode equally smoothly, although his 2:02 split time showed that he speeded up in the second half. The same was true for John, who took exactly two hours to get halfway, although stopping to tighten up the chainset may have lost him over a minute early on. The moral of the story? Check your bike beforehand!
