Not a bad day for this temperamental course, with an absolute flyer
out to the turn and a reasonable grovel on the return leg.
On this sunny afternoon John revealed his static form with another
low 23-minute ride, but Jo's ride (slow by her standards) was only one
second behind the winning lady.
