Tour of Cambridgeshire

Taking place on at 10AM

Location: East of England Showground, Oundle Road, Alwalton, Peterborough, UK

The ToC consists of Saturday's Chrono (a time trial event with riders setting off on the 16-mile course at 20 second intervals) and the ToC Sportive / Gran Fondo / Race on the Sunday.

  • The Sportive is 100 miles
  • Choice of 55, 75 and 100 miles for the Gran Fondo
  • The Race is 100 miles, or shorter for women and older males

To try and qualify for the Amateur Worlds road race final, riders need to enter the Race or Gran Fondo (presumably at the 100 miles distance), with the top 25% in each age/gender group being invited to compete in the Worlds.

The Race sets off first, at 9am, followed by the Sportive and Gran Fondo at 10am. There is also a Family Fondo at 10:30, which consists of a 2-mile circuit that you can ride up to 6 times. Entries open in March for the family event.
