Oil Prices Stable But High

Domestic Heating Oil in the UK is now comfortably at the 50p/L level, and crude's inability to shift below $110 isn't going to bring it down any time soon. You may feel inclined to avoid future price hikes by filling up now, but I think that there will be a May correction to 40p/L or so.

I've just paid 64p a litre, and thats without the VAT, cost nearly 500 quid for 700 litres, no longer an economical home heating source.

As pensioners we have just paid 57p/litre!!
