Getting your Windsave Site Survey

Have things gone a bit quiet with your Windsave Wind Turbine order? They had for us. We had been told that we would know of our site survey date by the beginning of October, and by the middle of October we'd heard nothing. A call to Windsave revealed that we actually need to call the installer directly. They are the Mark Insulation Group and can be reached on 08453 904390. Calling them and quoting our order number, we were given a site survey date of 23 November - that's tomorrow. So there's progress for you.

What's more, we had a call from Windsave today, asking whether we were still okay to have the surveyor come around tomorrow. It seems that Windsave is getting its house in order, after previously being unable to cope with orders it seems.
