Very funny cartoon movie, starring a super-clever kid who is socially inept but loves inventing things. One day he perfects a make-food-out-of-water machine, and it all goes crazy from there...

At one point he is sitting on a ladder leading down from a jetty; a reporter who has just had a lousy time walks to the end of the jetty, sits down and (not knowing that he is on the steps) swings her legs down, straight into his eyes. A real ouch!! moment.
