Apple has recently bumped up its security procedure, by asking subscribers for three questions and answers that can be used to verify their identity in case their password is lost (or stolen!).
In addition to this, Apple tells us what to do if we get stuck:
If you believe an unauthorised person accessed your account, please reset your account password immediately by going to iforgot.apple.com.
To review and update your security settings, sign in to appleid.apple.com.
