Video Geotagging

Is it possible to insert geotags into a video stream? Geotags are a long-standing feature of still images, accessed using the EXIF standard, but is there sonething similar for video? This is more than just saying 'this video was taken at X'; what we want to know is an accurate record of location throughout the running of the movie.

Imagine the possibilities! Lots of movies captured from various locations, automatically geotagged and indexed by the geotags. Someone thinking of visiting a location can then browse all video captured there.
