10 November 2012: Grafham Water Cross

A lot of rain in the days leading up to the race meant that the cyclocross course rapidly turned into a quagmire, with lots of sections made almost un-rideable by thick mud mixed up with tough grass. This gunky combo stuck to the brakes, and slowed the pace down considerably. Also, many rear mechs were broken after being clogged up.

Vets/Womens Race

Youth Race

The race was won by Jake Poole (unattached), completing 4 laps in 29:03. Fastest under-14 was Dougal Toms (Iceni Velo), 3:41 behind.
