Reliability of the Topeak Moonshine

We bought the Topeak Moonshine commuter light back in January 2007, and in these 3.5 years (four winter seasons) it has performed well. We had a problem with the battery mount, but the quality of the light and the lithium-ion battery has been flawless. The light is now only used for short trips, but we find that the need for recharging is still infrequent. The lamp itself (a 10W halogen) is as good as new, and the casing appears to have kept the elements at bay.

I can't speak for all Topeak products, but in this case they have done a fine job; it's just a shame they hadn't made their battery mount more robust.
