Here's a useful site that covers all types of terrestrial broadband: SDSL, ADSL and Cable. The Broadband Resource concentrates on exchange broadband-rollout dates and targets, but this can be very useful - especially for SDSL.
I don't know where the data are sourced, but it certainly seems up to date.
