Ministers on Bikes: The Bali Challenge!

Reuters reports on a cunning plan to help reduce CO2 emissions at the U.N. talks on climate change in Bali. Ministers will be 'asked' to leave their cars at the gates of the complex, and use the bikes provided. Non-supporters should be pretty easy to spot!
